Schedule a Viewing
Contact our team to schedule a private viewing of the properties you are interested in. We offer flexible viewing times to accommodate your schedule, ensuring you have ample time to explore each property.

Submit an Offer
Fill out an offer form for the property you wish to rent. We will present your offer to the landlord for approval.

Holding Deposit & Referencing
Upon landlord approval, you will need to pay a holding deposit to secure the property. We will then proceed with the referencing process. During this time, you will complete the Tenancy Application Form (TAF).
Tenancy Agreement
Once referencing is successfully completed, we will apply your holding deposit towards your first month's rent and collect the rest of the deposit. You will then review and sign the tenancy agreement electronically.

Move-In Coordination
We will provide you with all the move-in details, including key collection and any special requests. On move-in day, an inventory clerk will conduct a thorough inventory check, documenting the property's condition and contents to ensure transparency and accountability.
